Ridiculously glitchy
This has to be the absolute worst and most unreliable banking app. When you’re actually able to get into the app it’s fine but it constantly freezes on the start up screen and you have to open and close it like 10 times. Then when it finally gets to the login screen and you go to login it freezes again and so you have to open and close it over and over again. I should not have to go through that much of a hassle to get into the damn app. Better hope you don’t have overdraft on either because if you need to add money to your account afterwards you won’t be able to get in! And you’ll end up with an nsf fee bc you spent an hour trying to get into the app until finally giving up and forgetting until the next day 😄 thankfully I got rid of that but now since I only keep so much in my checking at a time I usually need to add money before I buy something but oh wait that’s right I can’t get in 😔 but in the rate case I can get in and to the transfer screen guess what it freezes again! And the whole process restarts. This app seriously needs an update to fix the bugs.

Horrible glitchy app
I have to open close then re-open the app most of the time, and after a little while I have to re-enable Face ID login.
Unreliable
Unable to access at times. Unable to recognize my credentials and my credentials are in order. Poor staff/tech support and follow up.
Log In Issues
I use my face to get in and it still tells me my credentials are wrong. I’ve gone in to the bank and they tell me that it is the app. I delete the app and reinstall. No help. Still can’t sign in. I’m ready to switch over to a different bank. Too much time spent trying to get in to check balances etc.

Would be nice if it worked
This app works good…when it works. Constant issues with logging in and keep getting messages about not being able to validate my information when I literally just verified on the browser. Could you make this app work regularly so we can check our bank accounts? The bells and whistles do no good if your app doesn’t allow anyone to use it! Do better, this is not rocket science

Transaction posted delays
This app was great before they made it Go Banking. I use to be able to see my transactions instantly in my app whether I just got gas or groceries. Now, transactions don’t show in my app for days and my available balance is never correct. I feel like I have gone back to the 80s/90s waiting for a check to clear . For God sakes put it back the way it was .

Horrible app
I was loving this app up until the update a month or two ago and now can’t even sign in. It horrible trying to see the web browser on a phone. Fix the app please!!!
Very quirky but better than it once was
App hates smaller checks. Always a hassle depositing those. Usually has to manually take pictures. Many times...say use a dark background. I use black. Nothing darker than black. Sometimes turns the checks upside down.

I Love the app. I do have a question tho. Why can’t it be upgraded to facial recognition for us iPhone users.
Horrible app on Iphone
It was flawless on Samsung. On Iphone, sometimes it goes upside down, can't read checks, have to take pictures manually many times.
Turns upside down
If you are putting in many checks, after 2 or 3, the app goes upside down and you have to do everything upside down.
Transferring money
App does not allow you to do an external transfer to another bank account. App is subpar compared to other banking apps I use. Always login issues. Cmon CC do better.

This app never works has literally caused me to have my personal info stolen all the while unable to login to access any of my bank statements I have a brand new iPhone still operates like crap literally the only app that gives me issues.
There is something wrong with this app
I attempt to get sign-in, tells me my lgin id and password is incorrect and need to set, had not changed either, now i click on the app it opens and then closes, not sure if IOS updates affects it
