What an amazing zoo this is - every single enclosure is well planned out giving space and diversity to the animals / reptiles within . I couldn’t be happier to see lions back at Chester zoo as we missed them so much on our visits . Fab Easter egg trail aswell .
February half term
Took our grandson who is 2. We are also member- every time we go we seem to find somewhere different that we haven’t been before and we are in our second year of membership. Went at half term, but usually go when kids are at school - it was busy but we didn’t follow the crowds and had a great time because the tree top adventure was open and our grandson had the best time on there ! Apparently it isn’t open out of school holidays or midweek but really wishing it was !!

I have been using this app for over a year now and can confidently say that it’s the most useless mobile app.
The secret life of the zoo
The staff were excellent - so pleasant and informative. Myself and two grandsons really enjoyed every moment of our zoo experience. Love Chester Zoo wish it wasn’t so big! - we think we saw everything but the snow leopards. Look forward to our next trip
Good app
Overall, the app is very good. However, it looks really out of place on my Lock Screen because it doesn’t have a dark mode variation for the app icon. Could there be a dark mode app icon in a future update perhaps?

Chester zoo is the best!
Always a great day out! Lovely and clean and the half term poo at the zoo museum and activities went down well with the kids! Lots of fun and interesting at the same time. We are members and we love Chester zoo always something new to see or do each time we come. Can’t wait to visit the new Heart of Africa area once it’s open at Easter!

App good but search poor
The app itself is excellent especially the interactive map and directions. The only failing is the search facility. This seems to be a direct string search and is not flexible to accepts reference words. Eg you need to use correct name to find the reptile house rather than just use a keyword like “reptile “. Needs to employ a more flexible search engine. Other than that, brilliant

Really useful app!
Helped us find our way around the park easily! And you can see certain places e.g. restaurants, outdoor animals and indoor animals!
Mr & Mrs
As a birthday treat we booked the predator tour with guides Sarah and John, which was absolutely superb! We had the park to ourselves and the predators were on top form. The zoo is extremely impressive and the staff on the tour and those we encountered in the zoo were friendly, enthusiastic and great with our kids, well done to you all!

It was amazing
I went yesterday every one of the staff was kind and spoke to everyone I loved it to have been here more than 10 times and yesterday was the best definitely recommend
Zoo and outpost
Straws were not big enough for the bubbles, One of our drinks did not have bubbles which was disappointing. Staff on the food halls were quite rude but the zoo itself was lovely.

I have been to zoos all over the world and this matches any of them New York Berlin etc none as good as Chester

I really enjoyed my recent visit such a wide range of animals, reasonable prices and plenty to do with photos, boat trip and the VR.

Fabulous day out!
We had an amazing day! We managed to almost see everything we had hoped to. But we will revisit very soon to see some new exhibits that are due to be completed soon.
