Incredibly angry that the web route of activating tickets doesn’t work (coincidence?) so I had to install this horrible app to do it. Why do you need me to have an account? Why on earth do you need a selfie? You used to be able to opt out of data mining. I pray for your downfall

Nothing works. App doesn’t recognise details or order number. At the top it says download new app. Click it takes me right to the same app. I only downloaded it today. Not a fan of PPB and this isn’t helping.

terrible app they replaced the wristbands with this absolute garbage of an app forcing you into getting it then forcing you into sending a photo of yourself on the app which is so unnecessary or they’ll give you a paper ticket which can easily get wet, i would highly recommend that you don’t even bother going to blackpool pleasure beach until this is sorted it, don’t change something that already works (wristbands).
