I don’t know what this third world Rotherham outlook is but what a disgusting idea. The app somehow works worse than the website which is deplorable.

Incredibly angry that the web route of activating tickets doesn’t work (coincidence?) so I had to install this horrible app to do it. Why do you need me to have an account? Why on earth do you need a selfie? You used to be able to opt out of data mining. I pray for your downfall

Nothing works. App doesn’t recognise details or order number. At the top it says download new app. Click it takes me right to the same app. I only downloaded it today. Not a fan of PPB and this isn’t helping.

terrible app they replaced the wristbands with this absolute garbage of an app forcing you into getting it then forcing you into sending a photo of yourself on the app which is so unnecessary or they’ll give you a paper ticket which can easily get wet, i would highly recommend that you don’t even bother going to blackpool pleasure beach until this is sorted it, don’t change something that already works (wristbands).

Clunky way to get tickets
Ridiculous process for getting tickets - data mining by the company and presumably selling details on. Not a good start to a visit to the seaside.
Invasion of privacy
I should not be required to upload photos to claim tickets already paid for. You should also be able to send tickets claimed to others to use on their phone. They should be a difference between claiming and activating your tickets, so you can claim tickets send it to someone and they activate it.

Terrible system of allocating e-tickets with speedy tickets. Managed to miss book the number f e-tickets and speedy passes. Ordered another ticket but you can’t assign the orphaned speedy ticket to the new ticket- rubbish
Great app ruined by stupidity
Good app and works great HOWEVER mandatory to take pictures of yourself and children in order to get your tickets is the craziest and stupidest thing I’ve ever seen for today’s standards. As result to that the app gets 1 star. Just take that stupid feature off.
Not very polished
Daft app that could be so much better. For a party of 2 it creates a group of 3, duplicating one of the people. Makes everything just a bit difficult.
Last trip to Blackpool because of this app
How dare you require photos of all the people visiting, which was not a requirement to purchase the tickets in the first place?? Huge violation of privacy.
Other theme parks don’t need this. The app is a huge waste of time, and very buggy. Causes so much more hassle than anywhere else. Will be the last trip to Blackpool for us, solely due to this app and invasion of privacy. Good riddance Blackpool pleasure Beach!

Needs lots of work
App works for tickets but is very poorly written.
On opening the app you are presented with a number of options. The name of these options does not sit on the button correctly, instead the two line names overflow the area and is partially hidden on the background.
Additionally, on the iphone, you can not scroll to reveal the full last button making it impossible to see what its for.

Slow beyond belief
Takes ages to open and use it’s pathetic
Won’t load e-tickets on
Told you have to activate e-tickets in order to enter park so should be basic function of the app. Doesn’t work, I’ve been sat here checking for updates, resetting passwords, turning phone off and on again yet it still gets stuck and says it’s failed to load the tickets on. Why have this requirement if you can’t deliver on your side to make it happen. Really frustrating.

Stressful!!
Purchased tickets and as directed had to download the app to claim tickets. I have been able to claim 1 out of 4 tickets the other 3 continue to fail, no explanation given, I have tried a number of times connected to WiFi and to data and still not completed.
Now going to have to attend today and endure the stress that comes with having to sort this out because of an app that doesn’t do what it intends too.

Such stupid and slow app
Brilliant app!
Love the new update and the overall change of the app. When it first launched you could tell they were going to change it eventually and wow! Love the aesthetic it matches the resort theme perfectly
Needs an update
Please update your app, you need a picture for an e ticket for some reason, the queue times update hourly so are almost always unreliable and for some reason there is no map inside the app unlike all the other uk theme park apps.
