App rejects when you select Apple Cash, so I go inside and pay at the register, Chevron took the money but still declined the Apple Cash.

i was using the pump and it didnt ask ne if i wanted to use my points which was fine because i didnt want to but then the pump wasnt taking my card so i had to try again and i inputted my number ans tried again and i realized after i finished putting gas that it took my 500points and then another 100 i diled a claim and i still havw not recieved my points

Super convenient
I love the app, I’m saving a ton of money and it’s super convenient to use once to attach a payment type. Be warned though, you can’t use Apple Pay directly to pay for gas I spent about 30min figuring that out at the pump.
Save $1 off a Gallon!
This app is so easy and convenient to use! Plus save $1 a gallon. Amazing with gas prices right now. I’m only fueling up w chevron!
Increase Max Sale
I should be able to use my rewards discount on up to the full 25 gallons of gas and not be cut off because the station limits the total of the sale. My vehicle can hold 32 gallons but with the higher prices meet the sale cap at 15 to 20 gallons. I should be eligible to use that small discount on the full 25 galllons. Either figure out a way to give it on the full allotment or increase the sale cap given the cost per gallon.

GOOD discounts
I’ve gone too many other stations that had lower price gas and found out that they were cheating me. I was very impressed to find it was costing me less than these other stations where their gas was supposed to be much cheaper.
Need help right away
I’m at the gas station at 4090 South Maryland parkway, Las Vegas, NV. I was going to apply my 500 pts to get 50 cents off. The price didn’t change. So I hit cancel to try and re-do it. I now go into the app and it deducted 500 points from my account and I didn’t even get any gas!!! Please fix it. I wanted to use it here in Vegas since it’s cheaper than CA but apparently your app does not make that possible. Fix immediately!!! Contact me please.

Lost points
I loose points before I can even start pumping gas. Then for the 3rd time I’m charged 2.95 for nothing at all. Not even $2 for worth of gas was put in my car.. This has happened 3x since having the app. I am very disappointed. My points aren’t never recovered even when the AI assistant says in 72 hours you’ll have them back.. I have not once seen my points nor refunded the money taken out of my account for a supposedly $3 worth of gas.

You APP SUCKS !
This is the 4th time I have got gas in the last month and it gave me 0 points and today took my 500 points for 50 cents off and it did not reduce my cost except for the 10 cents because it have my checking account attached. This is unacceptable! I want a response from you !
