CHEW: Children Eating Well

We designed a mobile app to provide parents/guardians with easy, practical ways to improve nutrition and wellness among their preschool-aged children. Currently, our app is only available for those who are participating in a study about app use. Come back again for updates on when it may be publicly available! Our app allows you to browse healthy recipes, customize based on food allergies or preferences, and foods in season. You can even save recipes as favorites or add them to a meal plan!
