Ordered item 3rd may sent it back same day had email 5th may to say I’d receive refund within 28 days 8th June still no refund. Absolutely disgusted with the service would not recommend.

Great app
App is really easy to use. I was struggling to find plus size bridesmaids dresses until I came across chi chi curve. I ordered a selection for us to choose from. The dresses are of a really good quality and chi chi has a great returns policy which means I don’t need to stress about dresses anymore and can order my other bridesmaid a dress.

Unable to log in
I have had an account for quite some time and while finally deciding to give up some space in my phone for the app it has proven to be a disappointment. I have yet to receive an email with the password reset request.
Not good app
Had to attempt 5x before i place my order. Keep on going off. Ridiculous!
Cannot check out
Downloaded app to get the discount.
When trying to check out you end up in a never ending loop of adding your check out details and it asking you to log in. Doesn’t remember that you are logged in. Gave up and ordered on the web browser version.

Could be great
Had loads of issues & it took several attempts to get my order through.
First issue was a bag - showed in stock on the app, couldn’t check out until I removed the bag (after seeing it wasn’t available on the website).
Sorted that, checked out, asked to log in - came up with loads of script!
Eventually managed to check out as a guest!
If it wasn’t that I had my heart set on the dress/shoes/bag for a wedding, I wouldn’t have bothered with the app and the 10% discount it offered, I’d have reverted back to the website.

Super slow and difficult to check out
When checking out, keeps returning back to your bag. App is generally very slow making it almost impossible to complete the purchase. Had to do it through the website instead
Can’t log in
App is nice to use but I have made an account and can’t log in to view my wish list! Bit disappointed, every time I try to log in it just refreshes the page so it’s like I’m viewing it as a guest.
Searching for a dress
Am looking for a dress to wear to my sons wedding. Must have long sleeves. You have large selection of lovely dresses, but no selection of sizes which is a great shame.

Super easy to use, love Chi Chi’s dresses they are my go-to for all occasions! Soooo much to choose from and so many different styles 😍 plus you can’t go wrong with free delivery :-) so glad they made an app, it’s easier to navigate now

Just a note for people thinking about buying... I am bigger, but decided not to go with the plus size version of the dress (as the back wasn’t as pretty). However, the standard fit dress was huge. But I can’t complain at all - very flattered in fact. Just so in love with my dress. Would recommend to every bride I know! Can’t wait to try in the next size down.

Nice clothes- complicated app
Hard to navigate, a bit busy compared to website. App cannot filter sale items and non sale items at checkout so hard to remove sale item in order to get 10% off my full priced item. A shame because I would have liked to buy the sale item too.
Can’t even log in
Absolutely rubbish. The login process takes forever as if the page is frozen. And it does not recognise my password. I’ve been logging fine on the website with the same password, but the app won’t work at all!!
Are you even querying the same data source for user login? Shockingly appalling! Don’t know where you got your 5 star ratings from on the app store...!
