Why does this even exist
This is such a useless application. Why is this separate from my normal Ticketmaster account? Why did someone even develop this? Are you blocking me from adding the ticket to my Apple wallet just so I keep this application on my phone? Genuinely infuriating experience
3rd app downloaded for tickets
I’m FORCED to download this and a couple other apps just so I can get the tickets I paid for. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH HOOPS JUST TO KEEP GETTING FLEECED.
Disaster
Worst app. Trying to connect to Ticketmaster creates problems in both. Don’t do it!
Needs a ton of work
Can’t access Ticketmaster. Can’t access tickets. Can’t use my app for purchases at the UC. The Blackhawks says it’s a Ticketmaster issue, Ticketmaster says it’s a Blackhawks issue. I know it’s not my issue and someone needs to figure it out. Soon.
Great app, one hold
This is a great app for the Hawks it’s just the new app icon won’t change from black to me and I tried too but it won’t work. Strangely it is red on the App Store.
Clunky and confusing
Using the app to pay for concessions is confusing and takes too long. Go here for this or go there for that. Have a QR code or something for employees to scan to pay for your things right there and right away. Lines are long enough ar the games already and the delay to pay makes it longer. Also the redeem Chick fil a doesn’t work half the time. It brings you to the App Store even if you already have the app and the reward doesn’t load to the chick file app

Total hassle for tickets
Bought tickets thru Ticketmaster, can’t even access them through Ticketmaster. Have to download this dumb app and link it to Ticketmaster to access my tickets. Waste of time and terrible user experience. Maybe they’d play better with a better ticket experience for the fans!
Didn’t work at front gate
You know if you’re gonna force everyone to use your app so you can stuff your pockets more and increase the hedge fund for your obese loser kid, then at least have it work at the front gate. API errors causing the tickets to not pop up. Terrible
Disappointed
Says we can watch all preseason games for free on the app or website. Get on for the game, blocked due to location. I’m 525 MILES AWAY!!!! Why? Blocking your own fanbase for what? But guess what I can watch on the Red Wings website. Guess they actually care about their fans!!!! This app is pointless. Big middle finger to whoever made the blackouts and this app!!!

So buggy, so bad
Can’t hit close. Can’t go back. Can’t exit certain sections so you have to close and restart it completely. Really embarrassing.
Fix your app
Too often I cannot load my tickets for upcoming games. This is a huge problem because how else am I suppose to show my tickets at the gate? Also I need like 3 accounts just to get access to my tickets (if I even can because the app doesn’t work most of the time) this needs to be addressed
Loading tickets into wallet
Loading the tickets into iphone wallet doesn't work on all phones! Apple genius bar said they have gotten a lot of inquiry's but they can't fix an app problem. I tried to tell my ticket agent but it's still an issue 2 months later. Works on my phone but not my husband's.
Frozen
App froze up multiple times during game tonight.
Why need location?
I can’t even evaluate the app because it won’t let me in without having location turned on. I just want to see the scores and some information. I don’t want targeted ads.
Schedule crashes
The app is not as good as in the past. When clicking on the schedule tab it freezes.
Bad Now
Missed when you can actually watch the games in the app instead of being sent to the nbc app that dose not work.
