Never remembers password does not work across devices does not update, almost never works once the game is underway unless you force close and restart multiple times, terrible product, terrible fan support
Can’t cast
App crashes on my iPad REGULARLY. And I’m over trying to cast it anywhere. I’m cancelling my subscription because the app doesn’t work!!!
TERRIBLE APP
Genuinely, as a Cubs fan, if there is literally any other way you can watch the game do it that way. This app isn’t worth 99 cents/month, let alone $20. It constantly crashes and buffers. If you’re behind in the game and go out of the app it forces you to watch it live or start from the beginning when you return to the app. Also it’s very clear they spent 5 mins designing the interface for this app, it’s awful. This app crashes more than a blind man driving after a bottle of whiskey.
Horrible Customer Service!!!
After having Marquee work great for the first few months, suddenly was not able to access anything despite having a subscription. Was told for a week they were working on it, only to still have it not work. When I asked to be refunded they said they couldn’t help despite them not delivering what they promised they would.
