Never remembers password does not work across devices does not update, almost never works once the game is underway unless you force close and restart multiple times, terrible product, terrible fan support
Can’t cast
App crashes on my iPad REGULARLY. And I’m over trying to cast it anywhere. I’m cancelling my subscription because the app doesn’t work!!!
TERRIBLE APP
Genuinely, as a Cubs fan, if there is literally any other way you can watch the game do it that way. This app isn’t worth 99 cents/month, let alone $20. It constantly crashes and buffers. If you’re behind in the game and go out of the app it forces you to watch it live or start from the beginning when you return to the app. Also it’s very clear they spent 5 mins designing the interface for this app, it’s awful. Horrible Customer Service!!!
After having Marquee work great for the first few months, suddenly was not able to access anything despite having a subscription. Was told for a week they were working on it, only to still have it not work. When I asked to be refunded they said they couldn’t help despite them not delivering what they promised they would.

Not good
All it does is think and not play . I got 1000 mbps so it should be playing just fine. But it doesn’t. I’m canceling this bllsht right away. These idiots can’t make an app right.
Quality
If I could deduct $1 for every inning I’m let down by this network I’d be able to get a wrigley suite. Shame on the ricketts for choosing $$ over quality.

You’d think that after having years to improve on what was undoubtedly one of the worst streaming apps of all time, the Cubs could have sunk a couple hundred bucks into writing some code to improve on this stank product. Nope. Janky as hell. Won’t let me watch games on the road because I “haven’t logged in at home for 30 days”?!? I don’t know what to tell you, I travel for a living and watch on my TV at home and my phone on the road. Don’t get me started about how basic the app is. It shouldn’t be that difficult to fire up a live game when I start the app. One of my favorite moments of every year is when I get to cancel my service after the Cubs inevitably eat it.

Waste
You need to pay for a monthly subscription and they don’t even carry half the games because they are on other networks. What a waste of money.
Junk. Fix the damn app!
Quirky AF. Works one day. Says I am out of market the next. Sometimes it will say I’m out of market, my wife tries on her phone and it works. Same phone, same plan, same app, same b.s. from these junk developers.
Couldn’t be worse
Constant buffering, same ads playing over and over. Very poor user experience can’t believe there hasn’t been any improvements
Freezes Constantly
Cannot watch more than two minutes of a game without the app freezing. Stays frozen for minutes or I have to exit the app and restart. Stick to the radio broadcast!
Terrible
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Everyday requires you to login again for one reason or another, sometimes in the middle of the game. The newest is “tv provider doesn’t support this channel”. Well it was supporting it 10 seconds ago? Marquee has been a joke since day 1 and they have made 0 improvements since launch. The app feels like it was developed as 5th grade extra credit project, but they got our money so what do they care 👎 👎

Horrible
If you sneeze the app will ask you if you want to start the game stream over from the beginning or go live. You are not given the ability to cancel. So if you are watching the game 30 minutes behind live and rotate your phone you’ll be prompted to start over or go live. Worst streaming app ever. Don’t get me started on the reliability of their streaming servers.

TV APP IS BROKEN
The app is working on my phone and tablet, however, I was logged out of the app on my tv beginning yesterday, 6/11/2026. I tried to login, and was told my password is invalid. I tried to change password, didnt work. I tried logging in with my tv provider and marquee account. Didnt work. I entered the code they gave me. Didnt work. Its after 4pm on a Friday, so their customer service is closed until Monday. Two stars instead of one, because 2 out of 3 devices work. Home from work just in time to unwind and watch the game on my big screen tv. Doesnt work. I already wasted 30 minutes of my life feeling like I got the runaround, might as well take a few more to share what a dumpster fire the tv app is in terms of functionality, and the ridiculously complex process just to login.

This app sucks
Trying to get subscription and will not even give me reason why. Customer service says it is available 1 hour before game NOT!!!! Have called and just keep getting STUPID A I . Maybe I do not want to be a season ticket holder anymore. This sucks

Worst sports app
This is the only app in my phone that buffers every 15-20 seconds. Pay money to watch the cubs game via chrome cast and it won’t work. No other app I stream with had this issue.
Streaming to tv unbearable to watch
Can’t watch the game for longer than 20 seconds without it buffering. Game freezes at every third out. I can’t believe I need to buy an external device to stream on because streaming from my phone is so glitchy.
Cash grab
App barely works on iOS. Good luck streaming to chrome cast. No Google app because why??? We are paying them to develop a network. This is a shameless shakedown of Cubs fans. This is the bad karma that leads to 100 year droughts, idiots.
