The tech support is awful.
Video Quality on all apps
For the price I wish the video quality was better. It's noticeably worse than the MLB app on Apple, Android and Roku.

Really appreciate the app deciding I no longer needed access to my account just because they decided! Thanks for logging me out and not letting me back! Glad I pay so much money to not get access!
Inconsistent
The app truly decides when and when not it wants to work. Often have to reenter my login info. Cannot currently log into app as I write this review.
Can’t get past “create a profile”
Worked great until all of a sudden it asked me to create a profile which is well known as a bug that’s never been fixed….
Now I cant watch cubs games anymore because im never home and always watch on my Iphone or Ipad. Unbelievable… horrible customer service

Doesn’t work
You sign in. Tells you now that you have to create a profile. You give them name, email, date of birth, accept terms and click continue. But it doesn’t continue. Arrowood goes around for a half second and nothing. Great network, love the Cubs, garbage app.
Fix this app
This app constantly asks me to create a profile, and then I can’t submit it. How do I even watch games if I can’t get past this screen? Awful

Never remembers password does not work across devices does not update, almost never works once the game is underway unless you force close and restart multiple times, terrible product, terrible fan support
Can’t cast
App crashes on my iPad REGULARLY. And I’m over trying to cast it anywhere. I’m cancelling my subscription because the app doesn’t work!!!
TERRIBLE APP
Genuinely, as a Cubs fan, if there is literally any other way you can watch the game do it that way. This app isn’t worth 99 cents/month, let alone $20. It constantly crashes and buffers. If you’re behind in the game and go out of the app it forces you to watch it live or start from the beginning when you return to the app. Also it’s very clear they spent 5 mins designing the interface for this app, it’s awful. I’d give it zero stars if I could…

Horrible Customer Service!!!
After having Marquee work great for the first few months, suddenly was not able to access anything despite having a subscription. Was told for a week they were working on it, only to still have it not work. When I asked to be refunded they said they couldn’t help despite them not delivering what they promised they would.

All it does is think and not play . I got 1000 mbps so it should be playing just fine. But it doesn’t. I’m canceling this bllsht right away. These idiots can’t make an app right.

If I could deduct $1 for every inning I’m let down by this network I’d be able to get a wrigley suite. Shame on the ricketts for choosing $$ over quality.

You’d think that after having years to improve on what was undoubtedly one of the worst streaming apps of all time, the Cubs could have sunk a couple hundred bucks into writing some code to improve on this stank product. Nope. Janky as hell. Won’t let me watch games on the road because I “haven’t logged in at home for 30 days”?!? I don’t know what to tell you, I travel for a living and watch on my TV at home and my phone on the road. Don’t get me started about how basic the app is. It shouldn’t be that difficult to fire up a live game when I start the app. One of my favorite moments of every year is when I get to cancel my service after the Cubs inevitably eat it.

You need to pay for a monthly subscription and they don’t even carry half the games because they are on other networks. What a waste of money.
