Unwanted spam notifications
The app is ok itself and I rely on waste collection reminders but I started getting some other notifications like “did you know you can recycle your coffee pods at home”… - I don’t want that spam. I only want reminders of bin collection and nothing else.

Good source of reference for services and bin collections but do not expect it to reliably remind you about collections.
Address Issue
I was looking forward to using this App, it sounded really useful. It has actually turned out to be useless, due to the fact that it keeps telling me that my address cannot be found. This means that that the functions I was hoping to use it for, such as refuse collection updates, won’t work either.
Great to have an app from council
It’s great, am looking forward to seeing what else they include on this!
