The app is clunky and poorly presented. Worst of all though is that the loyalty scheme is a sham. I tried redeeming a reward with “redeem online” and it took me to the ordering section…but guess what? No reward. I tried adding the reward to the basket but it just charged me the usual price. My advice…forget it.

Rubbish App
I’ve been ordering from 2 other deliver food app and they always deliver within expected delivery time. But this app is the worst. NEVER USE THIS APP! Been waiting from my order if I did phone them they will not deliver my order! Unacceptable! If I can put 0 star I will.

I come here all the time the staff are lovely. I’ve always got a smile in my face and they serve the best chicken in Hemel Hempstead, is a friendly os Is it easy to use thank you this is my favourite place and I always come here
App is a mess
This app has been working ok but every so often it just doesn’t play ball.
I am trying to get my well earned box meal reward and it just keeps stating that server response error inserting code or whatever that is.
Please fix this. Cannot claim rewards because of this
