The app is clunky and poorly presented. Worst of all though is that the loyalty scheme is a sham. I tried redeeming a reward with “redeem online” and it took me to the ordering section…but guess what? No reward. I tried adding the reward to the basket but it just charged me the usual price. My advice…forget it.

Rubbish App
I’ve been ordering from 2 other deliver food app and they always deliver within expected delivery time. But this app is the worst. NEVER USE THIS APP! Been waiting from my order if I did phone them they will not deliver my order! Unacceptable! If I can put 0 star I will.

This app has been working ok but every so often it just doesn’t play ball.
I am trying to get my well earned box meal reward and it just keeps stating that server response error inserting code or whatever that is.
Please fix this. Cannot claim rewards because of this

Really good
I have had a few times when ordering at busy times the store hasn’t accepted the order. When this happens I just call up and they accept the order and food is generally ready to collect within 15/20 mins and hot! Really recommend especially with the loyalty program they have, stands them out from the other franchises in the market!!!’

I’ve just placed an online order from the branch in my local area and it was delicious couldn’t fault it in any way my partner said it’s now its favourite place to order from
Can’t redeem loyalty rewards.
Redeem online just sends you back to the order page, redeem in store opens a QR scanner but the staff don’t know what to do with it.

App has stopped working with latest update. When launching, its just frozen on the logo.

First time visiting the new franchise in Carnoustie. Very disappointed with the flavours and quality of the chicken, bones in my chicken fillet and two items missing. The sweetcorn was dry and had two areas completely devoid of corn, the fries were poor too. I’ll not return…

I made an order to collect ASAP and was immediately charged. The status of the order never changed to accepted or done so after +1hr waiting I went to check and collect. The people at the restaurant had no order received and said the app was not working properly (funny that it charges properly) I had to make a new order and pay again. The restaurant could not refund me from the previous order through the app and said I should try contacting Customer Services. No reply from them also.
Don’t use the app. It does not work, charges your card and the prices are higher than at the shop.

Unable to order
I’ve been unable to order through the app recently because an error with the required uk phone number which keeps showing error.
Just go with Deliveroo
Literally no point in this app as after 20:30 they turn it off so no deliveries available after that time.
