I bought 2 of these doors as I liked the idea of being able to set them to open at sun rise but then close at a set time - however - you can only connect to one door at a time & the connection does not appear to be permanent, meaning you have to be within blue tooth range to connect to it.
The idea is good & when connected it’s easy enough to set up, but not being able to operate the doors remotely is a let down for me as I want to be able to manually over ride the doors if I see birds of prey or other animals lurking, which I cannot do with these doors or the app.
If you wanted a door that opens & closes on a set routine then this would meet your needs.

Bluetooth not working
When I turn on Bluetooth and on the iPhone it shows up as “headphones” and when I click on it it says it’s not supported.

The product was easy to install and setup. So far
It’s been working as it should. I would give this a 5 start if they can make it so you can see if the door is open or closed thru the app.
