Terrible Software
I have tried to be patient with this company but they don’t seem to be interested in fixing their endless issues. I’ve wasted hours of my life trying to get things to work. I give up.

I thought this system would make things easier for me. Adjusting the watering time, frequency and length of time using an app instead of stomping through the flower bed to adjust the timer seemed to be a great feature. The problem I have is that any adjustments I make are ignored by the app including deleting schedules, stopping parts of the schedules and adjusting watering times. It allows me to switch off a specific watering times but when I get out and go back in the button is back on. When I delete a schedule. It asks me if I’m sure and when I hit delete again, a circle appears for a few seconds, goes away and nothing changes. Even if I called someone for support, I know I would never get through to a human being, but if I did I’m sure I would be told that my network is not strong enough or some other excuse. Basically the app does not respond. The only way to change things is to delete the app and start from scratch. Wish there was an update for bugs on the app.

difficult connexions
trying to add a second water timer to an existing hub is crazy… I just cannot after following all procedures…
buggy and unreliable
I’ve had several of these and they all spontaneously abort their programming. Sometimes they revert to 30 seconds, another time they just stopped watering altogether. They Do not act on their programming. DO NOT USE THIS
