Terrible Software
I have tried to be patient with this company but they don’t seem to be interested in fixing their endless issues. I’ve wasted hours of my life trying to get things to work. I give up.

I thought this system would make things easier for me. Adjusting the watering time, frequency and length of time using an app instead of stomping through the flower bed to adjust the timer seemed to be a great feature. The problem I have is that any adjustments I make are ignored by the app including deleting schedules, stopping parts of the schedules and adjusting watering times. It allows me to switch off a specific watering times but when I get out and go back in the button is back on. When I delete a schedule. It asks me if I’m sure and when I hit delete again, a circle appears for a few seconds, goes away and nothing changes. Even if I called someone for support, I know I would never get through to a human being, but if I did I’m sure I would be told that my network is not strong enough or some other excuse. Basically the app does not respond. The only way to change things is to delete the app and start from scratch. Wish there was an update for bugs on the app.

difficult connexions
trying to add a second water timer to an existing hub is crazy… I just cannot after following all procedures…
buggy and unreliable
I’ve had several of these and they all spontaneously abort their programming. Sometimes they revert to 30 seconds, another time they just stopped watering altogether. They Do not act on their programming. DO NOT USE THIS

Seit dem letzten Update kann man nicht mehr per Ferne zu greifen…. Also unbrauchbar…. Bin jetzt 700 km entfernt und will die Bewässerung abschalten, weil es seit tagen regnet

App third party integration
App doesn’t automatically update the status unless the app is opened . And only then the status is updated in Google and Alexa. No background app refresh
Good enough with some issues
Issue 1) there should be a 6 and 12 hour delay option.
2) one of the units unreliability connects to the app
3) ideally there’s a widget that allows us to quickly change functions, such as a rain delay, or starting/stopping
4) a quick start in set intervals, such as 5, 10, or 15 minutes would be helpful rather than playing with a circle indicating length

Perde programmazione se manca corrente
Se viene a mancare la corrente di casa, e dunque il segnale Wi-Fi, le poche programmazioni impostate (How Often , How Long e Auto Run) vengono perse e reimpostate automaticamente sui valori standard: 30 secondi ogni 8 ore, ma soprattutto Auto Run va in off. Questo nonostante il dispositivo di irrigazione (TainPoint) sia dotato di batterie cariche. Mi è successo e mi si sono seccate 4 piante!!! Sistemate la cosa, o almeno mettete un allarme!

Horrible app
After the winter trying to reconnect gateway hub and rain point timer, literally nothing works. Everything appears to be connected, Bluetooth included, according to app, but timed and manual operation fails. I got it to work briefly by restarting iPhone but then it failed again. Can’t even manually start or stop from app, can’t change timer times. Piece of garbage

Absolute garbage
I have hundreds of connected devices in my house but couldn’t even get this to connect
App is buggy
Seems like every morning I have to reset the WiFi router. Manual mode doesn’t work well at all.
Can’t Turn Off Plans
The app won’t allow you to disable a plan - there is a bug that doesn’t allow you to turn it off.
The app could/should be better
The system works pretty good so far…specifically the 1 and 2 zone timer but the app could be better. Why does this not have a record of each timer/water use and only keeps the most recent use? Especially when I’m trying to estimate/determine how much water is needed for different scenarios? The automation settings are also somewhat limited to just 3 options?

Broken technology
After buying several timers, and being able to connect them to the hub, now all attempts to add the 5th FAIL, the app fails to discover or add manually anything. Already returned back ti amazon 2 of the 1 valve smart timers.
Не хватает функции!
Очень не хватает возможности просмотреть историю полива при использовании таймера. Пожалуйста добавьте её тогда приложение будет полностью выполнять свое предназначение.
