It’s 2026. I don’t understand why setting up the Wi-Fi is still this complicated. This is the only app that gives me such a hard time connecting the controller. The setup process is frustrating, confusing, and far more difficult than it should be. Please do better.

It’s not working with Alexa … smart life (like described) can’t connect with thermostat plug in ….
Horrible Customer Support
I purchased 3 Inkbird 306-A WiFi products from Amazon in July 2025. All of them work until two months ago when one of them fell to pair and I’ve yet to be able to get it back online and be able to monitor it with the app. I wrote several times to Inkbird support and yes, they did eventually respond. However, I tried to get someone on the phone to talk me through getting the device repaired to the app and no one followed up to this day. I’m sure this company has a phone and someone that can pick up a phone and call me, but they haven’t done it. Now I have two of the other devices that are off-line and I can’t get them back online. This was a total waste of my money and I’ll never buy their product again
