Horrible Customer Support
I purchased 3 Inkbird 306-A WiFi products from Amazon in July 2025. All of them work until two months ago when one of them fell to pair and I’ve yet to be able to get it back online and be able to monitor it with the app. I wrote several times to Inkbird support and yes, they did eventually respond. However, I tried to get someone on the phone to talk me through getting the device repaired to the app and no one followed up to this day. I’m sure this company has a phone and someone that can pick up a phone and call me, but they haven’t done it. Now I have two of the other devices that are off-line and I can’t get them back online. This was a total waste of my money and I’ll never buy their product again

Graphs are daily graphs and not a continuous scroll. Also vertical zoom is fixed/automatic not variable.

Will not connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
i’ve been trying to set up the ink Byrd for the last hour. I cannot get it to give me a menu on. Bluetooth doesn’t show up as if it’s pairing with the iPhone or with my Wi-Fi. Also, the app screens that are shown in the literature don’t match what’s on the app on my phone
No internet connection
I tried to contact it to internet, unfortunately, the connection failed and no bottom to reset the device.
Dead device
What a piece of junk. At first it connected. Then I left the country and the app broke connection w/ the device (which defeated the purpose of monitoring while I was away). When I came back it wouldn’t connect at all. Batteries are fine, wifi, bluetooth all fine, just refuses to connect. What garbage.

Awful
This genius devs wipe your wifi input if you switch apps, and don’t let you select a wifi automatically. Just quit, go do farming.

BBQ Temp controller ISC-027BW 2.0
Needs hysteresis or manual speed control on fan to be reliable throughout the cook. Maintains temp very well but only when conditions are already extremely close.
Adapters aren’t easy to remove so it’s difficult to cope the vents and allow BBQ to heat to setpoint the just replace fan.

Not user friendly
Not having a great experience! Won’t connect to wifi and they keep disconnecting during cook

Unknown devices & households
I set up my thermometers and a household, then I start getting alerts for a completely different household I did not set up and devices I do not have not set up. Its annoying. I only use the probes for smoking, so I have half a mind to just delete the app and reinstall when I use the thermometers.

Was working but now freezes with the temp graphs.
Please fix this - I have the latest version and have restarted multiple times but it still won’t graph the temps. It was doing it for years.
Frustrating
This thing is all software and no action. Waste of money.
