INT-14-BW the very first time using it the thing quit working 4 different times showed probe 1 lost, I had to turn it off and back on two of the times it lost connection with probe 1 which was the only one I was cooking with and using at the time was around 5 maybe 6 food away un obstructed and it still loosing signal then it started going all crazy showing probe 2 and 3 lost signal and they where still inserted in the base, not sure if I just need to return this or what and it is also fully charged if you was wondering.

Does not work with the IBBQ-4T
This app is useless. If you have an older device, it was working on the older app, but once upgraded to the new app and completely changed the icon, my device stopped working. It has always worked since I have an iPhone. I cannot delete the app and add the older version.

CAUTION!!!!
Asks for GPS location in order to use. Then asks you to enter your wifi name/password. Then they send that back to their servers and keep it. Now everyone has your wifi info and where it is.

Horrible Customer Support
I purchased 3 Inkbird 306-A WiFi products from Amazon in July 2025. All of them work until two months ago when one of them fell to pair and I’ve yet to be able to get it back online and be able to monitor it with the app. I wrote several times to Inkbird support and yes, they did eventually respond. However, I tried to get someone on the phone to talk me through getting the device repaired to the app and no one followed up to this day. I’m sure this company has a phone and someone that can pick up a phone and call me, but they haven’t done it. Now I have two of the other devices that are off-line and I can’t get them back online. This was a total waste of my money and I’ll never buy their product again

Will not connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth
i’ve been trying to set up the ink Byrd for the last hour. I cannot get it to give me a menu on. Bluetooth doesn’t show up as if it’s pairing with the iPhone or with my Wi-Fi. Also, the app screens that are shown in the literature don’t match what’s on the app on my phone
No internet connection
I tried to contact it to internet, unfortunately, the connection failed and no bottom to reset the device.
Dead device
What a piece of junk. At first it connected. Then I left the country and the app broke connection w/ the device (which defeated the purpose of monitoring while I was away). When I came back it wouldn’t connect at all. Batteries are fine, wifi, bluetooth all fine, just refuses to connect. What garbage.

This genius devs wipe your wifi input if you switch apps, and don’t let you select a wifi automatically. Just quit, go do farming.

BBQ Temp controller ISC-027BW 2.0
Needs hysteresis or manual speed control on fan to be reliable throughout the cook. Maintains temp very well but only when conditions are already extremely close.
Adapters aren’t easy to remove so it’s difficult to cope the vents and allow BBQ to heat to setpoint the just replace fan.
