I did order a pizza around 12:30 pm and got it delivered after 3:30pm haven’t in my life ever had a pizza that took 3hrs for delivery

I had a very disappointing experience with this application. They advertise a 50% discount when you download the app and place your first orders, but in reality, they do not provide what they promise.
For my orders, instead of giving the expected 50% discount (which should have reduced the price to around AED 60), they only applied around 20% discount. On top of that, they charged AED 119 for a single order, which is completely misleading.
This feels like false advertising and cheating customers. I trusted their promotion, but the actual billing was very different. I would not recommend this app to others unless they become more transparent and honest with their offers.

Its showing order preparing for ome hour and when called the customer service (Kochi) asked me to cancel the order. Waiting for the refund. I hope i'll get that. Really disapointed. Take down this app if you cant provide the service well!

I ordered from this app on 24th nov 25 at 1:24 pm for my lunch and i got the delivery at 4:00 pm in the evening . They don't even have a proper delivery system i think they delivered my order by porter how pathetic is this very poor customer service too.
