I love it as it allows me to just message all of my daughters specialists and primary care immediately and they get back to me the same day. It’s a lot easier than calling!
Patient Portal
The app is so easy to use and user friendly. Scheduling appointments, doctor’s notes, sending messages/photos, it’s all so easy. I love being able to get real time results as well.

This is a wonderful app and I honestly have not had any issues yet! You can easily find records, schedule appointments, contact providers and more! I don’t feel lost or overwhelmed with accessing care or knowing about bills. A must have for busy parents for sure!!

I wanna appreciate all the stuff you did for Brianna and all the staff and nurses and doctors helping with her diabetes and myself. It’s a big accomplishment a big deal to deal with now. But we’re all getting all control now.

Unable to make a payment easily. If you have the app, the only option is billing summary. It would be nice to have a simple “payment” tab
Messaging options
I appreciate the app for keeping medical details handy. One feature that I would like to see is to be able to write my own subject line when messaging our care team. Often, my needs to not fall under the 3 or 4 broad categories that are preset.
Love the app
The app is very easy to use, super convenient and I don’t know how I did appointments without this technology before. Being able to schedule and access documents on my time is just the best!! I’ve never had an issue with the app and it is constantly improving.

Children’s connect has been a blessing. It allows we to connect with his Dr when needed with out all the back and forth phone calls as well as it’s wonderful when you need to refill a prescription.

There is no way to submit a COVID and flu vaccination received outside of system

Yep is annoying. It has too many pop-ups. It’s set up as if we you time complaining to me instead of like find a box in the closet, put some stuff carefully into the box take it to the want to enjoy the experience of using the app. When really we just wanted it to be an easy effortless window into the things we wanna know I don’t wanna spend time with this app having things pop at me and, notify me of things that aren’t just ads for Childrens

Would really think an Outpatient Pharmacy would benefit the patients and families.
Life-saving app!
I am SO thankful for this app! It works great and I can always reference my son’s health info when I need it. I love having direct access to all of his different doctors in one place and being able to just email and ask a question if I need to.
Payment for adult child
Even if your adult child has given permission to see their medical account on connect, you can’t see and pay their balance.
Makes everything so easy
From downloading vaccinations, checking on prescriptions, setting up appointments, even downloading the scannable QR code (on the web version) of Covid vaccinations as required for travel to some countries….. and much more. This app has been great! Highly recommend it
