Unusable
I’m trying to find a doctor as I just got this insurance. But the screen that shows Dr released is keep jumping up and down crawling it’s impossible to use.
Obnoxious
It was fine. After the update I noticed the network search function is totally throttled. It constantly tries to load in the ratings plugin, and the entire lineup twitches up and down incessantly. It does not load in sequentially and shift down, it just goes up and down. Nonstop.
Login is super obnoxious. It trips a MFA every. Single. Time. I cannot stay logged in, even for 15 seconds.

Crashes
Since the update a couple weeks ago the app is useless. I can’t even get logged in before it crashes. Every. Single. Time.

App has significant issues
Long duration outages are increasing in frequency. Coverage information displayed is incorrect.
Only showing old claims
It will only show old claims by from last year and I can’t figure out how to navigate out of the claims page. The other
app was much better.
