App has significant issues

Long duration outages are increasing in frequency. Coverage information displayed is incorrect.

Only showing old claims

It will only show old claims by from last year and I can’t figure out how to navigate out of the claims page. The other
app was much better.

Terrible app

Dealing with insurance is difficult enough. Let’s add a terrible app to make it worse. Whoever is being making the app work needs better training or replaced.

App update repeatedly crashes

App repeatedly crashes on iOS 26. Useless waste of time. Requires 2step verification b be is email. Email with code takes extended time to come through.

APP function

Every time I go to log into the app, I get kicked off on the first try and have to go in a second time.

Finally a real app

These rich companies always say to check website or app first and then have terrible tech and expect you not to call. I updated today and was pleasantly surprised. Good job updating your app. Making things more efficient already.

Nonfunctional

Terrible execution. Nothing works.

Error Message

Unable to log in. I was able to log in before. Now getting an error that it cannot run on my current network connection. I can get into everything else.

This new app no longer shows Flex Card either. I thought the old app was bad and hoped for improvement. I am sad this one does not seem like an improvement.

Login not working

First, Face ID keeps closing out the app. Now I keep getting a message that the network is not secure and go to a secure network connection, which is my home which is secure.

Error for network

Endless loop of 4840:7560:WABALA network error no matter whether I use WiFi or cellular. Tried on IPhone multiple models and Ipad

App will not open

This app will not open because it continuously says it doesn’t like the Network connection yet I do not have problems with any other apps. This is so frustrating and annoying!

Can’t Even Open this New App

I’ve downloaded this new app and try to open it and I get an error:

For your security, this app cannot run using the current network connection. Please ensure your device is using a trusted network connection and try again. 4840:7560:IFCUZV

I get this message on my home WiFi or turning the WiFi off and using my Verizon 5g network.

Bad update

Yesterday’s update has made it impossible to use this app. I get an error code that my only wifi isn’t safe to use. It’s the only one I have and has worked up to now. For being a giant in the insurance world, the tech is awful

Network won’t let me load app

Just tried to use app today tried on both WiFi and cell plan(spectrum) and it won’t let me open app

Can’t even log in

I am trying to use telehealth and the old app is outdated and it told me to download this new app. I did and it just says I need a secure connection to use the app and won’t even let me go to the log in page.

App rarely opens

It’s great when it works, but for the past few weeks, the app will rarely open. Does the Face ID check, looks like it will open and then just closes. Please fix it.
