Imposible de usar

Antes podía usarla de manera normal para spider rastrear mis pedidos pero desde unas actualizaciones al presente es imposible usarla simplemente entra en un bucle infinito de reinicio mostrando el logo cargando la app y de regreso al logo así que la aplicación está INUTILIZABLE!

El mapa se queda trabado en la primera ubicación que da del repartidor, segun el mapa de seguimiento el repartidor se queda en la misma esquina como por 4 horas
