When I request a car wash, the order gets canceled without any reason, and there’s no respect for my time.

Deep scratches and no contact
Do not order this service , they left multiple deep scratches on my stirring wheel and windshield, clearly on purpose and they don't have support to help with it , never ever risk your car with them

I scheduled a car wash appointment, but it was canceled without any explanation. I wasn’t even notified about the cancellation — no message, no call, no SMS nothing. This is very disappointing and unprofessional
No one to contact
After you choose the company and your order being paid and accepted you receive a WhatsApp message claiming you can contact them but I tried to massage them but no response and no way to contact the company which approved your order, now I'm hoping for the best while waiting, supposedly should arrive at 9 pm and now is 9:50. and you can't cancel your order!

I got a bad experience with cafu for the car wash I place my order and pay for the service and i was waiting for one hour I didn’t receive the service so i call them and they say you order have been cancelled for no any reason and regarding the refund it will take up to 7 days and they ask me to place a new order with new payment but I didn’t do it because I don’t trust them , because it could happen again and they will cancel my order……

This application is the worst !!! There no one time that i made an order and they reached on time! And the other time they never show even through i have paid online!!!!! And i wait for refund! Every single time!! This is not professional!!!!!
