Great

Lots of fun

Not what i expected

Ridiculous app

Nonsensical Garbage

I saw an ad for this and did their whole intake and was genuinely curious. Applied CBT in an app? Interesting concept! Except, it’s basically a psych 101 presentation in an app that tells you to clean? Oh and it costs money to “create your plan” that’s actually totally impersonal??

It’s worse than the free version of Finch. And the craziest part is that I got scammed into giving them money. There is no personalization. Doesn’t matter how you answer the questions, it’s all the same checklists. Doesn’t even matter if you do the things. Honestly, this could be great maybe someday- but right now it’s expensive trash.

Hope

I am at least hopeful after going through this session. I actually smiled at the end.

No substance.

I’m already bored to tears. I can’t imagine using this for the full yay I paid for. As is the experience is flat, repetitive and lacks real substance.

Save yourself the money. There is way better out there.
You could basically achieve this in notes. Seriously.

for people who overthink starting things

the daily lesson just appears, you don't have to choose it or plan for it. same with habits once they're set up. removes exactly the part of routines where i normally stall out.

Sticky in a way I didn't expect

Can't fully explain why this one held but I think it's the combination of having something pre-built to follow and space to add my own stuff.

Don’t waste your money

Don’t pay for the full version. The only difference between the free and full version is you can make longer lists of things to do (chores). You can do this anywhere else for free.

You get points for completing tasks but you don’t do anything with the points in the end. So you just collect points and they just sit there.

There is a cute cat on the main screen that does absolutely nothing. Zero interaction with it.

Overall, I wouldn’t buy this app again nor recommend it to anyone.

Bedroom

I hope I can keep up with all the work I need to do.

WATCH THE BUTTONS

Signed up. Got 50% off. Mindlessly went through the sign up and pushed the big button— which charged me an EXTRA $40. For ai? Something that i thought was already included. It’s a waste of money. 👎🏼👎🏼

Not as advertised

Not helpful for decision overload. You have to manually set up the tasks yourself. I do not recommend this app.

the lessons don't talk down to you

expected a lot of obvious advice. some of it is familiar but it's delivered without being preachy which matters more than i thought it would.

Does not work

I download the app and it won’t even let me create an account. Won’t go past the sign in/create an account page. Disappointed

my evening routine existed on paper before this

had the same couple of things written in my notes for months, never did them consistently. put them in as custom habits and it worked for me.

Buyer Beware

I purchased a discounted version as a trial, but I apparently also inadvertently purchased an “add on” that was $39.99 and charged to my account. When I realized my mistake and asked for a refund, I was only offered 50% of my money back. Read the fine print!

Scam. buyer beware

I purchased the monthly price of aprox $3.50, and when they charged me the yearly price, I cancelled and emailed them immediately asking for refund.
They copy and pasted a reply for me to go through Apple Pay for refund.. After being denied refund through Apple Pay even after appeal, I contacted this scam company and they said “sorry, it’s out of our hands.”

Misleading

The ads for this show AI being able to guide you and set routines for you, however the AI cannot even add tasks from the chat. Wish there would have been a trial period. Now I’ve paid for a year and find it’s a waste of time!

We will see how this goes!

Hoping this helps me stay on track!

custom habits are flexible enough

added and removed things a few times as my routine changed, never lost momentum doing it. currently tracking three things alongside the daily lesson and that balance feels right.

Not what’s advertised

So I used a link to download from Instagram and I’m very upset because I paid $20 thinking it was the app on the Instagram ad, but it’s completely different from what was advertised. I’m sure this is a helpful app, but I don’t like AI and I hate that it was advertised on Instagram for something completely different.
