After the last update some documents for signing are empty. Have to fixed it
Annoying
Regularly take 15 /20 attempts to recognise your selfie to sign out in the evening which is not what you need after a long days work. One guy here spent 15 mins trying to sign out so he could go home others couldn’t sign in at all! It’s just another under par money spinner.
Slow logging out and error issues
For past week now it's been rea slow to log out , I'm talking up to 10 minutes of the bars not loading fully , to saying it has one document to sign when I don't.
Poor App
Very bad app and definitely wouldn’t recommend just another way for your sub contractors to come and spy on your location

Doesn’t work half the time !
At least once a week it will malfunction and not allow me (and colleagues) too sign in or out - affecting our pay and wasting personal time when signing out - working it out in owed at least 3 hours of my life. That will never see again.

What have you done
Since the update, progress is not saved it deletes itself, multi upload loads to AM and PM, pics save in both AM and PM slots,…..sack ya tech guy lol………..its working again, give tech guy another chance ✌️
Simple and easy to use
Been using this a couple years. Easy to use, clockin etc. can see my timesheets, skills and sign my rams when signing in.
Facial recognition is very poor
When trying to sign out, it is taking up to 40 attempts for it to recognise my face. This is very poor as when I finish work I want to be able to simply sign out and go home without having all this hassle.
Quality app
Great app, can see my timesheets at all times and sign in out much easier.
