I work for Deliveroo. And I have a check-in problem. And I have to keep reaching support. Just to disable the check-in for each order. It’s annoying especially attempting all diagnostics and troubleshooting tips and advices and nothing is successful. This is bad.
Deliveroo got to change this. Or have an alternative to this issues. Am not the only one affected.

unwanted sounds
The app doesn't respect my phone's silent mode, nor does it disable app sounds in the phone's settings, causing disturbance. Furthermore, it uses music sounds instead of notification sounds.
