I work for Deliveroo. And I have a check-in problem. And I have to keep reaching support. Just to disable the check-in for each order. It’s annoying especially attempting all diagnostics and troubleshooting tips and advices and nothing is successful. This is bad.
Deliveroo got to change this. Or have an alternative to this issues. Am not the only one affected.

unwanted sounds
The app doesn't respect my phone's silent mode, nor does it disable app sounds in the phone's settings, causing disturbance. Furthermore, it uses music sounds instead of notification sounds.

This latest update is very bad, not showing up how much you are going to be paid, with multiple orders you can’t even see where it is going. Please check and update asap
Déconnexion et notification
Deux améliorations seraient vraiment utiles pour l’application Rider :
Lorsqu’une vérification d’identité nous déconnecte, il faudrait recevoir une notification pour nous prévenir. Si nous ne sommes pas sur l’application à ce moment-là, nous pensons être toujours en ligne alors que ce n’est plus le cas, et nous ne recevons donc aucune course jusqu’à ce que nous ouvrions l’application et nous en rendions compte.
Il faudrait également améliorer le son des notifications de nouvelles courses. Il est actuellement trop faible et ressemble trop aux notifications classiques du téléphone. Un son plus fort et vraiment distinctif permettrait de reconnaître immédiatement une proposition de course et d’éviter de la manquer.
Ce sont deux améliorations simples qui rendraient l’application beaucoup plus pratique pour les livreurs.

Zooming in
Love the app, but the only thing that infuriates me and actually affects working as a rider is the way it auto zooms out on the map when you try to leave it zoomed in mid journey. Please please remove this feature and have it how it use to be.
App got freeze
Bad experience of this app on 17 pro max. First issue i was facing app got freeze everytime while scanning order. Now after update still app got stuck on while tapping on arrived at customer address. Then I need to shut down app then it arrives othervise stuck everytime. Please resolve this issue. I never faced this kind of issue on samsung galaxy s10 which is too old. But app never gone stuck never never….

Since Doordash buyout the app and pay has gone down the toilet. Slow, sluggish job notifications new appearance overlay on the old makes it had to see where the job is going, bring back the old developers!

UK government must act now
Modern slavery they don’t pay riders national minimum wage. They pay £2.90 per order riders work 10 hours for £50 shame on UK government to allow this company to do business in the country

You're not paying the tips. And if the customer gives a 10 tip, they only pass on 6.00, that's a robbery
