Horrible app
Horrible app! Not helpful. Works if you speak Chinese only. Airline lost my luggage and I can’t contact online or through app. Can’t check in through app. Nothing. Will not fly with them again!
Can’t find how to switch language to English
I’ve downloaded the app as the App Store info says it has an English language option - however I can’t find a change language option in English. Please a suggestion to add something to the app for this that’s easier to find! Thank you!

No English option
I’m sure the app is decent IF you can read Chinese. There’s no option to change to English language. I don’t know how any foreigners traveling with China Southern can reliably use this app if there’s no English option available?
