Avoid this airline
At the airport, I was charged an excessive baggage fee without receiving any clear advance notice before my trip. The baggage allowance and additional baggage costs were not communicated transparently during booking or through any pre-flight reminders. As a result, I was surprised by the extra charges at check-in and had no opportunity to make adjustments beforehand. Airlines should provide clear and accessible information about baggage policies and fees so passengers can plan accordingly and avoid unexpected costs. Instead, I felt that the charges were only revealed when I arrived at the airport, leaving me with no choice but to pay.

Excellent app
I recently used the Xiamen Airlines app and was thoroughly impressed. The design is beautiful and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Despite not speaking Chinese fluently, I found it incredibly easy to check in, select my seats, and even board using the QR code. Highly recommend!
