Excellent app
I recently used the Xiamen Airlines app and was thoroughly impressed. The design is beautiful and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Despite not speaking Chinese fluently, I found it incredibly easy to check in, select my seats, and even board using the QR code. Highly recommend!
BAD AIRLINE
this airline, we were delayed for three hours and then they told us to leave the plane first of all we couldn’t get a refund
Forces you to sign up for membership
Just wanted to add my itinerary to view seat options, but no it doesn’t allow you to even view it without signing up for the BaiYing membership. If you service international flights, there should be flexible options for foreigners.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with an airline.
Translation in English
Needs to have English translation ability to be any good.

如果没有账号或者会员登录，基本无法查询客票管理行程，选座，加入行程或者在线值机请问没有账号和会员就不是客户吗？也没有英文版方便国外旅客使用！
国际票的格式
国际票的格式和票价都乱写！既然票价已另加一千多的溢价，且写明该票可“优先选座”还再次收费！！请一些懂国际机票的职员来做事。APP也超烂！
Trash app
Does not work, Everytime I try searching for my booking or flight info trying to check in, it says error has occurred, try again. It's 2024, you still haven't figured out how to make your app work?
Something always went wrong
No matter how many updates and or different ways in which I try to enter my flight ticket.

Finding English setting is easy enough just find the globe logo.
Unable to check-in in advance or confirm my flights.

Not foreigner friendly at all
Xiamen Airlines is not ready to handle international travel if not for Chinese. Being a foreigner I’m trapped into using the airline app but with no clear benefits of redeeming miles easily or else.
垃圾航空公司
垃圾厦航，经常取消国际航班，取消了直接自动给你换到另外一个落地城市而且不承担到原来城市的地面补偿。而且退款的时候超级麻烦，机票不是本人购买，但是退款不能直接退到原付款方式，只能退到乘客本人的银行卡，如果要退款到原付款方式还得提供一大堆证明，垃圾航空公司，再也不会买厦航的机票，可以的话我一星都不想给
极其糟糕地出境安排
出境要分批分点办理，提前两个小时才能出境过海关，再加上值机托运以及这么多人一起进去不知道要浪费在排队上多长时间；设计这一方式的，你怎么不过来排队；排队过程中还有推销私人订票的，吃相极其难看；排队出境，然后中间间隔毫无事情可做；下一批次的乘客在那里苦等，因事情来晚的本批次乘客有的以为还在排队，这样的安排太糟糕了

诈骗 fraud
我在里头充值了钱，但是程序拒绝将余额提现。
客服人员说他是负责机票业务的，也就是说无法提供帮助。

改签后的航班不显示
改签机票要人工，人工永远接不通。
改签后的航班不显示，只有改签前的。
退票险是厦航恶意引导消费。APP完全找不到保险条款（此处涉嫌违法）。
票价波动离谱，改签差价不退不补，改签费另计（500+/人）
以上骚操作，2张票我在厦航缴纳智商税共计4810RMB。
厦航一生黑。
