Useless App, terrible service
Installed both local version and overseas version, hoping that I can get my boarding pass with the app. No luck. The app can do nothing apart from collecting mileage. Went to their counter at Narita airport, check in won’t open until 3 hours before departure. So turn up 3 hours before departure, there is a very long queue already, and there was no self check in terminal. talked to the staff as I have no check in luggage, I only needed to print my boarding pass, she said she can’t help, have to queue. Spent over 2 hours just to get my boarding pass printed. Nearly missed my flight. Fortunately my flight was delayed. Will certainly think twice before choosing this airline again.
