This app just doesn’t work. I can’t believe it is even allowed in the App Store

Absolutely worthless

It’s as if the app was designed by middle school students. NOTHING on the app works. Including something as simple as registering. Don’t waste your time. Terrible app for a terrible company. So I guess it’s fitting

Can’t signup

I can’t signup using this app or the website, terrible experience for foreign passport holders, error messages kept popping up
AAirPodsWithWirelessCharging

pure garbage

agree with other reviewers- this app is worse than none at all because it leads to wasted time and considerable frustration.
