It’s as if the app was designed by middle school students. NOTHING on the app works. Including something as simple as registering. Don’t waste your time. Terrible app for a terrible company. So I guess it’s fitting
Can’t signup
I can’t signup using this app or the website, terrible experience for foreign passport holders, error messages kept popping up

App doesn’t work
After downloading and trying to log in, the app closed and every time I tried to open it afterwards it would shut down again. Don’t bother using.
Useless app
This app is not working at all! The app could not show my ticket info, and it shows me an error even I manually input my ticket info. I tried several times it just doesn’t work.
What a joke
Apparently this is the “global” version that keeps throwing server request errors that CEAir doesn’t want to acknowledge nor fix.

Good airline, awful app
CE is an enjoyable airline to fly, but this app is completely worthless. It has no functionality whatsoever; I can’t check in, pick seats, or even just pull up my itinerary. Very disappointing.

The App simply does not work. I am a PLATINUM CARD holder - over 30 trips a year to EU, USA and within China - and cannot check-in in-line. You cannot Register on the App either by Chinese local phone number, USA mobile phone number or email. The rating is ZERO as the app does not work. VERY VERY poor reflection on a Global Airline.

Worst App By An Airline
This app may simply be the worst app ever made by an airline. It's like the buttons are just there for show. Nothing works and as far as I can tell none of the apps features work. The only thing this app can do is open. It's the paperweight of apps.
