之前注册过知音会员，下载app手机号登录后不显示会员状态，在软件上进行操作没有权限，弹窗显示需要需要升级为凤凰知音会员才能办理。好，你们app上不自动绑定我之前的会员卡那我接着你给的操作，重新注册，信息都填写完成后，显示您已是凤凰会员无法从新办理。行呢，我去找找绑定会员的入口呗，找了半天要么没权限点不进去，要么没找到。之后我想着问问客服反应一下呗，显示需要升级为凤凰会员才能办理......
