之前注册过知音会员，下载app手机号登录后不显示会员状态，在软件上进行操作没有权限，弹窗显示需要需要升级为凤凰知音会员才能办理。好，你们app上不自动绑定我之前的会员卡那我接着你给的操作，重新注册，信息都填写完成后，显示您已是凤凰会员无法从新办理。行呢，我去找找绑定会员的入口呗，找了半天要么没权限点不进去，要么没找到。之后我想着问问客服反应一下呗，显示需要升级为凤凰会员才能办理......

Ich versuche seit Wochen mich da anzumelden bzw einen Account zu erstellen. Bekomme keine SMS und ein anderes System kann ich nicht auswählen. Ich nutze weitere „Airlines Apps“ die um weiten besser sind und hatte nie Probleme gehabt. Ich verstehe nicht warum man hier nix dagegen macht. Kann leider nun den Online Check in nicht nutzen und muss somit zum check in Schalter persönlich hin. Bitte macht was dagegen lieber Entwickler.

Seems like you just go around in circles with this app, nothing works. It takes an age for the code to come by that time it says it’s expired.
