Unclear why they even have an app when it can't do basic things like check you in ort create an account.
This is the worst airline app experience I’ve ever had
You cannot check in. It is a complete waste of time to try to use this app because it can’t find any booking. 这款航空公司App绝对是我用过的最糟糕的。我们全家人在办理值机时都遇到了困难。

This is a cool App
Booking on the App is easy and the daily interaction is very fun. The App also allows for advance reservation of seat and other in flight conveniences. Give it a try and you may like it.
Super unhelpful & hard to navigate
The app takes eons to load & even with correct flight information it doesn’t show you your flight. Basically useless & it also malfunctions in translating everything from Chinese.
