Absolutely useless
The ENTIRE digital system for China Eastern is broken. Multiple errors logging in, can’t use VPN of course, can’t find reservations if you have a middle name, boarding passes don’t download, often can’t even find your reservation, if you refresh the page you may need to delete cookies or use another browser……just a complete mess from start to finish.

This is a cool App
Booking on the App is easy and the daily interaction is very fun. The App also allows for advance reservation of seat and other in flight conveniences. Give it a try and you may like it.
Language
It is incredible that in 2026, given the available possibilities and the volume of flights connecting Europe, there is still no translation—at least into English.

Forcely Ask you to download
Don’t want to download this app, but you have to in order to edit your profile to add extra ID, otherwise, you can not accumulate your miles… ridiculous
