There's a problem with the login system saying I have the account on other devices and needed to log out first, even though I only used this app on this phone.

The loyalty app enable us to save points and use this points as benefit when shopping at the store. So have I have over 200 points and I feel like it’s very useful and benefitted me a lot.
Screen disappear after click forgot password
Screen will disappear after click forgot password, even restart iPhone so many times also useless, so how have u upgrade the App? 😂😂😂
