It got stuck on an update and after that it doesn’t work fine and no answer from company what to do next

Well i’m too old to use it but it still works
CHiP is good but could use more fun things.
I have 2 CHiPs. One is normal and the other is chocolate. Unfortunately tho my chocolate chip has low battery and no matter how much I try to charge it it doesn’t charge so I just use my normal CHiP, named Biscuit. Anyways about the game, it’s fun, but not fun enough in my opinion because all you could do is play fetch with your CHiP, feed it, and control it. I think that there should be more games to play with your CHiP. Please add more games and fun stuff to the CHiP app.

Из за брака почти полностью не работает одна лапа у чипа, что для его цены очень плохо:|
Ну хорошо, даже если так, можете ли вы добавить обновление чтобы можно было указать не рабочую лапу и прилагать большее усилие для неё, или что то подобное?
