Why is it that you have to have 9 million people reporting a problem with your app before you even think about trying to fix it? This is ridiculous. I can’t even hardly use your app to unlock my card and then I run out of gas because of your dumb app. FIX YOUR APP ALREADY!!!! Do what you’re paid for…

Slow update
I have four bars of 5G and it is taking forever to accept an update. I can’t even open the app to unlock my card to do the update in. I’m out of gas. This is great.

This app is absolutely awful. The app they had years ago was simple functional and actually worked. This one is complicated and is “down” for months at a time. It really should not be so hard to know where your money is going.
