Slow update
I have four bars of 5G and it is taking forever to accept an update. I can’t even open the app to unlock my card to do the update in. I’m out of gas. This is great.

This app is absolutely awful. The app they had years ago was simple functional and actually worked. This one is complicated and is “down” for months at a time. It really should not be so hard to know where your money is going.

Great easy way to access my fingerprint option! Fast and easy, and I can remote deposit my check! Yes please!🙃😊
No thumb print access anymore
New update removes thumb print access or made it impossible to find
Doesn’t work
Have had to reset my password several times because the app questions are matching the online answers. Can login to the website just fine but the app says invalid every time.
Thumb Scan Feature Poorly Designed (Still!)
My original review: *I would probably give this a 3 or 4 star review if it wasn't for the thumb scan. Most apps use the thumb scan as quick access option. This app only uses the thumb scan as another "enter" button. You still have to input your password AND security question every time. Fix this feature and I will change my review to a 4 star.*

Horrible
Don't work on my iPhone only when is connected to wifi called the bank and they tell you that you need data turn on .... really is a waste of time not body checks on this crap anyway
Horrible new design.
The old app wasnt fancy but it was more functional than this one. This app has all the transactions in and out of your account but no descriptions at all. You have to use the side menu to go to website and then click on "full website" so you arent in the mobile portion and then resign in again. At this point you can then click on your account to see the description of your transactions of where you spent your money at.
I feel like that is a lot of work just to see where my money went. I feel like that this isnt that hard to put in the app, why is it not built in? If i could go back to the older app, I would.

Awful
Half the time it doesn't work. Now when you look at your account information it doesn't tell you where transactions have been made at. I'm going to be switching banks because of this awful app. Get with the times. It 2015.
