Don’t waste your time

Can’t link my account with the QR code. Keeps giving me an error. App has been down for weeks. Stay away.

Only worked for one day

It only worked for one day about my steps. The second day the step shows 0 no matter how I walk…. Someone really needs to work on this.

Can’t Report Your Physical Activity

The whole reason I would even want this app as opposed to using the desktop version would be to use the “Report Your Physical Activity” feature in order to document workouts that I may not be given credit for if it’s not a “steps” based activity (such as weight lifting). This app doesn’t have this feature which is unfortunate. 😑

Can’t link to Apple Watch

Years ago, I had a FitBit but I’ve not used it in a while. So I’ve tried to connect my Apple Watch, but when I clicked the option, it took me to a page to connect my FitBit and a Garmin? I’ve never had a Garmin device. And there’s no way to removed either of those two widgets. I can’t delete them nor can I add Apple Watch. I’ve tried reconnecting, logging out and back in, but no luck. What else can I do? The rest of the app seems fine, but I’m so frustrated that I’ve not tried anything else.

Doesn’t work and no support!

I can’t get the app to connect to my Apple Watch to record my steps. I sent an email and no response. Called the phone number and was on hold for over an hour so I left a message. No response. Very disappointing!
