Fix Log In Please
This app sucks lol it won’t even recognize my email but I have no problem logging in via desktop. However web version isn’t mobile phone friendly. Can someone fix this so I can actually use the app??
Your fix doesn’t allow me to log in!!!
Every time you “fix “ something you seem to screw up another aspect of. I used to be able to log in for my appt with the office from my phone. Now it won’t let me log in at all. The staff has to to it.

What a piece of junk, and potentially damaging app. They can’t figure out how to log you in, so it makes me wonder if they have any concept of data security as well. This app is very aptly named, tho…Seems written by a chiro…

Downloaded app . Won’t accept email address. Tried multiple times to create passwords. Doesn’t recognize email address or passwords.
Pointless app
Just another hurdle between the provider and a patient. This doesn’t need to exist at all.
FaceID login is broken
In the older version faceid login worked without requiring the password every time. I’m this version the password is required every time despite the enable faceid being enabled. What is the point of faceid if it still requires password every time?
Logs out with Face ID
If the app is open in the background, you open it, and attempt to use FaceID, it instantly logs you in and out. Really, really annoying user experience. Please fix. The rest of the app is great and intuitive.
Like the app but…
-There’s no way (that I have found) to save my appts directly to my phone calendar.
-automatically logs me out
-when I login, it kicks me right back out. Have to try to login several times until I don’t get kicked right back out

Can’t login
It will not accept on iPad my user I’d and password used on a desktop.
Doesn’t work
I’m trying to set up my account and it will not let me set up my password.
Terrible
This app is not incredibly useful. You can create appointments but you can’t edit or cancel them. When you create an appointment it gives you a spinning wheel for input instead of a calendar view which makes it pretty useless if you are trying to find the day of the week. It logs you out every time you switch out of it and back to it. I would not use if I didn’t have to.

Logs me out
It’s great, except every time I leave the app it logs me out. Really annoying for checking my calendar for an available appointment, only to have to log back in to use the app. Please fix this.
Not able to schedule appointments in the future after update
Once app was updated for iOS 14 I am not able to change the date from the current date to schedule appointments in the future.
Love it!
The ChiroHD app is awesome! It is incredibly user friendly. I love being able to schedule my appointments and see my x-rays within the app. What a great feature to offer patients!
