ChironMotion Load

ChironMotion Load helps you keep a private training log and review training load, wellness, and recovery trends in one place. Log workouts, RPE, duration, wellness status, body weight, and sport types. When you choose to allow HealthKit read access, the app can add personal context such as steps, active energy, exercise minutes, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, and respiratory rate. HealthKit authorization is optional, and you can still use manual training logs, wellness records, reports, widgets, and local reminders without it. Pro features unlock deeper trend views, weekly and monthly reports, PDF export, CSV export workflows, and training review tools. StoreKit purchases and restore purchases are handled through Apple. HealthKit-derived trend data stays on the device. Non-HealthKit app data, such as training logs, profile settings, sport types, weight entries, and reports, is stored locally in this build. The app can create user-initiated iCloud Drive CSV backups for non-HealthKit data, and those backups exclude HealthKit-derived trend data. ChironMotion Load is for personal training review and planning only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, emergency alerts, or real-time monitoring.
