Love this app for its convenience. Makes it easy to quiz myself whenever I have free time. Only downside is it’s missing some key species (particularly if you’re in the southern prairies)
Lacking a few basic birds for my area
Could not find swan or trumpeter swan or seagull. Got them all here.
Also for $4.99 thought I would be able to record what I heard & have the app identify the bird rather than having to scroll through the list. You cannot always see the bird. Am I missing something?

Doesn’t do the identification for you like some apps, but does have a fun listening quiz game to help you practice and get better at identifying bird songs yourself. And doesn’t overload you with too much info— just enough to help you identify common birds in your area. I also use other apps when i need more detail, but still love this one too. Thanks!
p.s. is there a way to remove the review that says you can use this to attract birds? That is NOT what it’s for! Please do not harass birds with it!

Great bird call learning app
The data bank is a decent size with many song variations the birds may have. It’s definitely worth the cost for people who want to learn bird calls and expand identification knowledge. Nice layout too!

Even after uninstalling and downloading the app again, the app keeps closing and I’m not able to use it. Has been happening the past week.

This app has been ridiculously helpful in preparing for a bird identification exam. Worth the money for me, as it helped me learn to distinguish between groups of birds that sounded very similar to me in class.
