Thank you for your review - I’m very pleased the American version has been useful. If you can’t hear the comparison sounds, the most likely reason is that Bird-safe Mode is switched on. When Bird-safe Mode is on, the sound is routed through the phone’s earpiece rather than the main speaker, so you need to hold the phone close to your ear to hear it. This makes it safe to use outdoors without disturbing wild birds. You can control Bird-safe Mode using the switch at the top right of the screen. Please try switching it off, or switching it on and off again, and see if that solves the problem. If that doesn’t help, please email us at spiny@spinysoftware.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. The app should still save your recordings as before, so it sounds like something isn't working correctly.
