Good platform but the meal plan only has 1 day of meals on it, for 7 bucks probably should be more.
The best workout app on the market!
My favorite feature is the weekly self pictures. This allows you to keep track of your progress towards your goal, and also hold yourself accountable for achieving that goal. The workout are great, and the model shows you the exact workout and correct form. Iβm glad I download this app, I canβt wait to post my abs in 90days!

Very quick and easy to use
The CoreBlast app is what Iβve been looking for . It is very easy to understand and navigate from page to page . The amount of time it takes to open up from 1 page to another is outstanding . Definitely recommend .
