I kept trying to buy the super likes but it was charging me and never game me them. Worst app ever

They have subscriptions for different stuff. So you can pay to see who likes you, then again to like someone else, then another subscription for other stuff. Nickle and dining you for basic stuff. Ridiculous.
Disappointed
The app looks appealing but it’s not updated. Tons of technical issues that go unresolved. I keep coming back hoping it gets better but doesn’t. High price for membership. Many fake profiles. Preferences are overlooked. Seems as if it is designed to get off the app quickly because not many options to share texts or audio messages.

I paid teife for 5 super chispas and i didnt get any of them. What a bunch of momey grabbing thieves. I even contacted customer service and nothing.
A buggy mess
The app has great intentions for connecting Latinos. But out of all the match group apps this one is super buggy. It doesn’t respect the dealbreaker filter. Constantly need to resign in and restore purchases, profiles fail to load. The read receipt feature is buggy because it will show a date when they read now it’s a checkmark. It’s a huge mess

Plenty of Profiles, Little Engagement
There are a lot of attractive women on Chispa, but I don’t think many of them are actually active. I wasn’t able to connect with anyone or get a single match, which was very different from my experience on apps like POF and OkCupid. Maybe it just wasn’t the right app for me, but after giving it a fair shot, I’ve decided to delete it.

You get flagged for anything on this app while theres fake accounts posting themselves nude on there with no repercussions trash app just trying to take your money
Bad Customer Service and very buggy
No matter your reasons for contacting CS, the initial response is always the same automated response. Then you must reply to inform them that the auto response didn’t help. Then you get what I assume are Ai responses. They take zero responsibility and have zero empathy. My opinion the developers don’t care about the experience ita about data collection.
