This app just want men to spend their money. All they have on is unnattractive, overweight, trans dudes or fake profiles.
Good app, but
Went on good dates and met real people when I had the app the first time around. I deleted the account and tried to make one again months later and got banned without ever getting a reason or a response

The app is great but for some reason I got logged out and when I try to use my number it log in it won’t let me
Disappointed
I’m extremely disappointed with Chispa. I’m trying to get a $133 refund, but my refund request was denied, and customer service has been extremely difficult to reach.
I deleted my original account and created a new one. I contacted Chispa to ask them to restore my previous purchase on my new account, but they have not responded or provided any real assistance.
On top of that, the app keeps showing me people who are far outside the distance range I selected. I set my preferences to around 20 miles, but I was still being shown people much farther away.
I paid for a service that did not work as expected, and now I can’t even get proper customer support regarding my purchase. Between the $133 refund issue, the inability to restore my purchase, poor customer service, and inaccurate distance preferences, I’m extremely disappointed with Chispa.
I would not recommend spending money on this app.

Bad app I apply my age and no one shows up but once I put more age my age comes up put only a few and distance is a joke doesn’t work

Do not subscribe to this trash app. It has done nothing but mess your bank accounts up. Yall wanna see likes? They’ll let you easily but good luck trying to unsubscribe. This is an easy target for the hard working men that just want to find their right match. Chispa is exploiting all hard working men with not letting us exit this money driven company. If I don’t get my cancellation i will be suing.

Honestly, this app has been a terrible experience. I’m barely getting any matches, and what makes it worse is that people who have already liked me aren’t even showing up on my Explore page. So what exactly is the point of having likes if the app isn’t actually putting those people in front of me?
The Explore page feels repetitive, the profiles don’t seem to match the people who have supposedly liked me, and the whole experience feels like I’m being shown a very limited pool of users. It makes the app feel less like a dating app and more like it’s intentionally restricting who you can actually interact with.
I’ve used other dating apps and had much better experiences. Chispa needs to seriously fix its matching and Explore system because right now, it’s frustrating, inefficient, and honestly not worth the time.

Fake Accounts
No real accounts you ever match with - they push their premium constant claiming there are matches then after you pay you still don’t match - they want you to spend money on extra larger likes to get noticed but don’t match with anyone because they want you to continue paying. Tested this with multiple account different profiles and photos of different races and cultures men and women profiles.

No customer support for disabled account
My account was disabled without any warning or explanation, and I have never been told what I supposedly did wrong. I followed Chispa’s instructions and submitted a ban appeal, but never received a response. I submitted it again after waiting weeks and still have received nothing.
I have also contacted customer support multiple times and have been directed back to the appeal form even though I had already completed it. At this point, I have followed every process Chispa has provided and have received absolutely no communication about my account.
I understand that Chispa has rules and that accounts can be banned for legitimate reasons, but users should at least have a functioning appeal process and receive a response when they follow the required procedure. I would simply like to know why my account was disabled and have my appeal actually reviewed.
I was also actively talking to someone I genuinely felt was a great match when my account was suddenly disabled. Because I lost access to the conversation and had no warning that this was going to happen, I also lost the only communication method I had with someone I was getting to know. I may have missed out on a meaningful connection because of an unexplained account action that I have still been unable to get any answers about.

If you set preferences, it gives you outside those preferences. I didn’t want to meet anyone further than 60 miles away. It was showing me 250 miles away. Also, this has nothing to do with the app itself, but members on there do not tell you their height. Maybe because the majority of Latinos are on the shorter side so they are embarrassed. But it is what it is. I’m on the taller side and thicker side for a Latina woman but it is what it is. I can’t hide it if I want to meet someone in person.

This app really does suck, most of the people on here are either bots, scammers, catfish or just don’t even check their account, or they’re just looking for one night stands. I used to like it at first but it just grew on me of how bad it is

This app is so expensive and so flawed it doesn’t make sense. The matching and dating range clearly doesn’t work. I set my range to 40 or 50 miles and Im seeing people 350, 400 miles away I barely see any locals within my range.
