Not worth it
The app itself gives you limited options. So I paid $40 to upgrade to their premium, which is ridiculous and completely not worth it. I don’t understand why they have the option to do preference if it’s not even gonna apply your preference to the options it gives you. And then everyone that I am matching with Luz over 80- 90 miles away. The only matches that I’m getting close by are the friend section of the matches and the people I do match with an iMessage do not reply so I think they are either fake profiles or robot robots. Overall, I feel like this app is worthless.

Yo la e usado un par de veces solo por las risas, la verdad es que el 99% de la veces los match resultan ser personas pidiendo dinero para:
1. Su bebé que no tiene pañales
2. Su abuelita o mamá enferma
3. Irte a visitar a tu ciudad sin saber nada de ti.
Les pido tengan cuidado a todos y eviten caer es esas trampas.
En cuanto a la App no tengo queja funciona, si para poder hacer mach debes de pagar pero en estos días que app no te pide dinero para que tu perfil se vea.

Too Many Suspicious and fake Profiles
Paid $44.99 for Chispa Elite and was very disappointed. Too many suspicious and potentially fake-looking profiles, and the premium experience was not worth the money. My refund request was denied. I would not recommend paying for the subscription.

i had only had the app downloaded for two hours when i was banned, i’ve tried to contacting costumer service to ser what the issue was but haven’t received a response from them, 0/10
So many pop ups
Literally every other swipe you have some kind of pop up coming up to either upgrade to pro or to pay for a subscription on another one of their apps. It’s such an egregious amount of times to have something pop up

I downloaded and they out of nowhere. My profile got closed. I created another one. It got closed again when I contacted the customer support they didn’t want to help me. I didn’t do anything wrong and I’m also an influencer and I was trying the app so I could promote the app with my followers, and I even paid the monthly membership.and lost my money

No customer support
My account was locked and I emailed you guys. No one replied. You guys have a horrible customer service. I waited long enough. L support.
Horrible service
I made an account a few days ago and the account suddenly locked me out. I inquired with their customer service and they told me to file a ban appeal. They refused to tell me if I was actually banned for a reason and told me they consider my case closed and refuse to reply further. I never received any contact regarding why I’m locked out and the customer service via email continues to tell me their decision is “final” as to the “information” they’ve provided which was nothing. I have no way to delete my account or pictures and information. I did a ban appeal even though I had no reason to be banned and have heard nothing. I just want my information off their website, but they are refusing to speak with me and have no actual phone number for contact, only email which they’ve already advised they will not reply to me again.
