It doesn’t let me login with my phone number and I want to cancel a subscription it doesn’t let me I tried reaching out to support and they don’t respond

I was kicked out of the app, I’m trying to log back in but it won’t let me. I went to the app support but it says not found. What can I do?
Better than other apps
App was helpful in actually connecting with some women. Have to pay the subscription service to find a connection though. Unfortunately customer service is complete garbage and will instantly ban your account without any notice even if you don’t know what it was that made them ban you.

Yeah this app is cool after the first 2 swipes than you get people who are no where near your area. Changing it in the settings doesn’t help either you still get people who are 250 plus miles away. The whole “pay to see who likes you” is bs and ruins the purpose of the dating app. I shouldn’t have to guess who likes me and who doesn’t, you’ll never find anyone like that on any of these pay to win dating apps. Pathetic and lousy
