Terrible app. Keeps freezing and locking me out. Customer service hasn’t been very helpful- I currently can’t access my app yet my profile is still active , which I find very unsettling. Not to mention , you have to pay to use basic filters. It doesn’t feel like an app created to genuinely help the Muslim community find a spouse, it feels like a money making app - very disappointing!!

The filters barely work, even after paying £49.99 for Platinum. Matches still feel completely random and the premium features don’t justify the price at all. I’ve had a much better experience on Muzz — better filtering, better matches and just a far more usable app overall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend paying for this. Also the app is full of scammers so be extra careful.

Needs more options
The app has issues as it is. Soemtimes it shows male profiles like bruh. If you have specific filters it will still send those outside it. It genuinely need an option where girls can choose out of 10 how good looking they are to filter out wasted time and profiles, respectfully
